The room was clean with a safe, central heating, and a coffee/tea maker.
Deluxe hotel in a peaceful and lovely location in the middle of the city. Location very close to restaurants. For tea or coffee visit Earth Shop & Cafe nearby...

I loved the peaceful location of this hotel right in the heart of town, just wished I could have tried the vegetarian breakfast they offered.

The room at Casa Carioca Carvoeiro was amazing! It had a cozy vibe and a comfy bed. I loved the fact that it had a tea/coffee maker because I need my caffeine fix in the morning. Plus, the flat-screen TV was a nice touch for some evening entertainment. Being air-conditioned was a game-changer too!
Personally, I didn't really like the tumble dryer in the apartment. It seemed like an unnecessary addition for me, but I understand that some guests might find it useful.

We had a wonderful time at this charming B&B. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel right at home. The villa itself was stunning, surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere. We loved spending time at the pool, which was well-maintained and perfect for cooling down. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from the lively town center and the beach. Our room was comfortable and clean, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The breakfast served on the terrace was delightful, with fresh bread and pastries, and made-to-order eggs. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the outdoor seating and lovely views from the top tower. our stay was a truly enjoyable and relaxing experience.
While the villa sits atop a hill, providing wonderful views, the walk into town can be a bit hilly.

Our room at Casa Carioca Carvoeiro had a separate bathroom, but they provided us with the comfiest bathrobes to use, making up for it. The property was beautiful, with a large closet, mini fridge, TV connected to Google Play, a kettle, and complimentary water. The hosts were kind and attentive, and the villa was set on lovely grounds with a gorgeous pool. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the beach and the main square while still providing a peaceful escape from the noise. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast option was plentiful and delicious.
The room we stayed in was a bit smaller, so we would book a larger one for our next visit. The apartment we rented was a daylight basement, which made it a little dark, and it was a bit of a hilly walk from the main town.
