The room at Casa Carioca Carvoeiro was amazing! It had a cozy vibe and a comfy bed. I loved the fact that it had a tea/coffee maker because I need my caffeine fix in the morning. Plus, the flat-screen TV was a nice touch for some evening entertainment. Being air-conditioned was a game-changer too!

Personally, I didn't really like the tumble dryer in the apartment. It seemed like an unnecessary addition for me, but I understand that some guests might find it useful.

The views from the top of the Terrace were absolutely stunning. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk into town. The staff were accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The pool was lovely, with nice lounge chairs and everything was clean. We loved everything about our stay and would highly recommend this property!

While the villa sits atop a hill, providing wonderful views, the walk into town can be a bit hilly.

The room we stayed in was a bit smaller, so we would book a larger one for our next visit. The apartment we rented was a daylight basement, which made it a little dark, and it was a bit of a hilly walk from the main town.
